Please bring to registration on April 11 or 18, the following items:
- Completed 2010 Registration form
- Completed 2010 Swimmer Waiver form
- Completed 2010 Swimmer Behavior & Discipline form
- Volunteer Deposit fee of $150 check (which will be held)
- Check for your registration fees
- Plan on visiting D&J Sports for swimsuit, plus other gear, at registration
- Plan on purchasing some custom Shark merchandise to support the team

If you could print and complete these forms prior to the registration dates on either April 11 or April 18, this will save everyone a fair amount of time and effort. Make sure you read this years Handbook (linked below) as there have been some changes in fees this year.
2010 Swimmer Waiver (PDF)
Please complete this form and bring with you to this years registration. We encourage you to allow your child's swim times to be posted to our website after the conclusion of each meet, which is a question on this waiver. However, if you feel strongly that you do not want these times posted, we understand.
2010 Behavior & Discipline Policy (PDF)
Starting in 2009, parents are required to instruct their swimmers on our Behavior & Discipline Policy. We believe this document will help both parents and swimmers understand their behavior boundaries while at practice, meets, sponsored events, and working with our coaches and other swimmers. Every swimmer will need to sign this document, as well as their parent or guardian.
2010 SCF Swim Team Handbook (PDF)
The handbook is THE guide to our swim team season. Each year the handbook is thoroghly reviewed and updated with the most relevant information. If you want to know anything about our swim team from who is on the Board to how a meet is scored, it's in the handbook.

A first year swim team swimmer and parent can be a stressful time for any family. Our seasoned veterans offer some practical advice about preparing for the coming season, what to bring to the meets, and what to generally expect. If you are a first timer, this is a must read!
