What's New This Season?
NEW SWIMMERS - This year, we will be offering a NEW one week PUPS-only practice before any other swimmers hit the pool. This special one week of practice is for children 8 and younger who have NO prior swim team experience and who may also need stroke instruction. This special week of practice will be from 5:30pm - 6:00pm starting April 19th through April 23rd. There is no additional cost for this practice. It is meant to help new children acclimate to the pool, practice, being coached, and learning new things.
VOLUNTEER CREDITS - We have reduced the number of volunteer credits from 8 to 7 for this coming season. Since we only have 2 home meets, we believe this is appropriate. Additionally, all volunteer signup will be electronic this year. There will not be any volunteer signup at registration. Archived May 16, 2010
2009 Change in Volunteer Fee and Shifts
This coming year, the SCF Sharks Board is reducing the number of volunteer shifts from 8 to 7. Additionally, the volunteer deposit fee is going up from $100 to $150. Archived May 3, 2009.
